This website (buildthedome.org) is operated by the Western Wisconsin Soccer Association ("WWSA", "we"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Hudson, Wisconsin. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.

• Email subscriptions. If you subscribe for campaign updates, we collect your email address.
• Naming enquiry form. If you contact us about a naming gift, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and message.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Donations

Online donations are processed by a third-party payment provider, not on this website. We never see or store your card or bank details. The processor's own privacy policy applies to payment information. Checks are processed through our bank lockbox.

Email & unsubscribing

Campaign emails are sent through our email platform. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no questions asked.

Donor recognition

Named gifts are recognized publicly only with your agreement. You may choose to remain anonymous at any giving level.
